  • Artwork Rights: All artwork, limited-edition prints, museum-exhibited series, images, and text featured on this Website are the exclusive intellectual property of Arting Gallery or its represented artists (including Linling Lu).
  • Prohibited Digital Use: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any images or content from this site for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
  • AI and NFT Restrictions: Data scraping or downloading artwork images for the purpose of training Artificial Intelligence (AI) models, machine learning datasets, or minting Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) is strictly prohibited.
3. Sales, Currency, and Regional Orders
  • Available Currencies: Purchases can be processed in United States Dollars (USD) or Canadian Dollars (CAD) based on your selected region.
  • Pricing Availability: Prices for limited editions and special releases are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit order quantities or cancel orders due to pricing errors or inventory constraints.
  • Taxes and Duties: Buyers are entirely responsible for all applicable local sales taxes, customs fees, and import duties incurred during international shipping between the US and Canada.
4. Shipping and Returns
  • Shipping Rules: Artworks are packed according to fine-art standards. Delivery timelines and tracking details will be provided upon dispatch.
  • Refund Policy: All sales of limited editions, special archival releases, and commissioned artist design editions are governed by our separate Refund Policy. Because fine art prints are highly delicate, please review the specific criteria for return eligibility on our policy page before checkout.
5. Website Accuracy and Color Representation
  • Visual Variations: We make every effort to display the true colors and textures of our prints and artist editions. However, digital displays vary across screens; we cannot guarantee that your monitor will perfectly match the physical colors of the final piece.
