Shipping & Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase from Arting Gallery. We take great care in packaging and shipping the unique artwork we represent. Please read our policies carefully before making a purchase.
Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) unless otherwise noted (e.g., for custom or specially prepared items).
- Carriers: We primarily use UPS for domestic shipments.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
- Tracking: A shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.
International Shipping
- We currently do not ship countries outside of USA.
Packaging
All artwork is professionally packaged to ensure safe transit. We are not liable for any damage that occurs during the customer's un-packaging process.
Return Policy
For Editions:
- Return Window: You have 3 calendar days from the date you receive your edition artwork to notify us of your intent to return it.
- Condition: The edition artwork must be returned in the exact same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required to complete your return.
- Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, you must contact us at ag@artinggallery.net with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions. Do not ship the artwork before contacting us.
- Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Insurance and Tracking: You are required to use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance for the full value of the artwork. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and without insurance, you assume the risk of loss or damage during transit.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork and confirm it is in its original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Damaged Artwork
If your artwork arrives damaged, you must contact us within 3 days with digital images of the damage to both the artwork and the packaging. We will work with the carrier to file an insurance claim and arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping costs.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We currently do not accept return of original artworks and books. Please review all information carefully before your purchase.
The following items are also not eligible for return:
- Items marked as "Final Sale".
- Items damaged by the buyer during un-packaging or handling.
