Shipping & Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase from Arting Gallery. We take great care in packaging and shipping the unique artwork we represent. Please read our policies carefully before making a purchase.
Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) unless otherwise noted (e.g., for print on demand, custom or specially prepared items).
- Carriers: We primarily use UPS for domestic shipments. For large scale artworks we will arrange professional art shipping/handling/installation based on your needs and availability.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
- Tracking: A shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.
International Shipping
- We currently do not auto-initiate international shipping outside of USA. Please send your list of items to ag@artinggallery.net and we will process an invoice for your international order and shipment.
Packaging
All artwork is professionally packaged to ensure safe transit. We are not liable for any damage that occurs during the customer's un-packaging process.
Return Policy
We do not accept returns at this time, however we will allow for an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Artworks/editions/books for exchange must be in original and clean condition in Arting Gallery packaging and with a proof of purchase. You may contact ag@artinggallery.net to initiate your exchange.
Damaged Artwork/Edition/Book
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 3 days with digital images of the damage to both the artwork/edition/book and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement for you. We may ask you to send us the damaged order in its original packaging, the shipping cost will be covered by the gallery.
